We are a manufacturer with our own production facilities — 73 machines and 200+ employees. We can arrange a live video tour of our workshop so you can see the equipment and production floor in real time.
Our manufacturing centers are in China. We handle all export logistics — from factory floor to your destination port. We can ship FOB, CIF, or DAP per your preference.
No strict MOQ. We accept 1 piece for prototype or sample, 10–100 pieces for small batch trials, and 1,000+ for volume production. Stamping has tooling cost — we can amortize it into the unit price.
CNC machining: ±0.01mm standard, ±0.005mm achievable. Sheet metal laser cutting: ±0.1mm. Stamping: ±0.05mm. We follow ISO 2768-mK as default.
Yes — powder coating (any RAL color, 60–120μm, 500–1000h salt spray) and stainless steel brushing/polishing (#4, #6, #8) are both done in our own facility. Anodizing and electroplating are available via trusted partners.
PDF, STEP (.step/.stp), DWG, DXF, IGS/IGES, and clear photos or hand sketches. We can also work from a physical sample — just ship it to us and we'll reverse-engineer it.
New clients: 50% deposit with order confirmation, 50% before shipment. Repeat clients: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment or against B/L copy. We accept T/T bank transfer and PayPal for smaller amounts.
Absolutely. We welcome in-person visits — we can arrange airport pickup, factory tour, and technical discussion. If travel isn't convenient, we offer a live video tour via WhatsApp or Teams.
Three-stage inspection: incoming material check → in-process inspection → final QC. Every shipment includes a CMM dimensional report, material certificates (EN 10204 3.1), and pre-ship packaging photos. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV) is welcome.
Send your drawing and we'll respond with a DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis and detailed quotation within 24–48 hours. Complex assemblies may take slightly longer.
Prototypes and samples: 5–10 working days. Small batch production (10–100 pcs): 10–20 working days. Volume production: 15–30 working days depending on quantity and complexity. Outsourced finishing (anodizing/plating) adds 3–7 days.
Yes. We regularly sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) with our clients. Your drawings, designs, and project details are treated as confidential. We never share customer designs without permission.
